Lean In runs programs that help women advance and companies create more equal workplaces. We work with more than 1,400 organizations, and it’s making a difference: Lean In partners report that more women on their teams are taking the lead and more employees are talking openly about gender issues. We run two key programs: 1) Lean In Circles and 2) Women in the Workplace
What are Lean In Circles and Women in the Workplace?
- Lean In Circles are a place for your employees to share ideas and advice, gain skills, and build community. Most of all, they’re a place where women in your organization can get the support they need to reach their goals. From meeting guides to an online platform that connects your Circles, we provide all the tools you need to run the program–for free!
- Women in the Workplace is the largest study on the state of women in corporate America. It’s conducted annually by LeanIn.Org and McKinsey & Company. Participants in the study receive a confidential benchmarking report with data on their talent pipeline and HR practices at no cost. If interested, sign up to participate in the 2019 study through this form.
