To add members to your Circle, please visit this page. From there, you can view your Circle's dashboard, scroll to the bottom of the page, and select the "Invite people to join" button toward the right-hand-side of the page. Once you have selected that button, you will be able to add any email addresses that you desire, and write a message of your choice.
