Women in the Workplace is the largest study on the state of women in corporate America. It’s conducted annually by LeanIn.Org and McKinsey & Company. Since 2015, over 300 companies employing more than 15.5 million people have participated.
Women in the Workplace participants get data on their talent pipeline, HR practices, and more. We do this annually so companies can track progress year over year. The idea is that over time, organizations can increase their ability to hire, retain, and promote more women.
Participants in the study receive a confidential benchmarking report at no cost.
